Plans and Core Features

There are four main plans:

Starter (Free)

Targets small teams beginning with time tracking and wellness monitoring. It supports up to 5 seats and includes:

Time & Attendance management (clock in/out, logs, timesheets, CSV export)
Wellness Monitoring (daily mood, energy, stress, workload with insights and alerts)
Microsoft Teams core commands such as status updates and hours tracking

Growth

Designed for growing teams that require enhanced capabilities like tasks, AI integrations, hybrid functionality, and deeper integrations. It supports up to 20 seats and adds:

Project Management (Task boards with assignment, prioritization, and reporting)
AI Workflows with 200,000 monthly tokens for automating routine operations
Knowledge Base with 3 GB storage to centralize documents and datasets for AI use, with secure company-scoped access
Advanced Schedules for flexible, nuanced timing policies
Microsoft Teams workflows

Scale

Targets larger teams needing higher AI and Knowledge Base capacity. It supports up to 50 seats and upgrades include:

500,000 AI tokens per month
15 GB Knowledge Base storage

Enterprise

Meant for organizations with unlimited seats and advanced customization options, including custom AI workflows and token limits.

Detailed Feature Breakdown

Time & Attendance

Core to all plans, this feature enables clocking in/out, viewing logs, and generating timesheets on various timescales.

Wellness Monitoring

Tracks daily mood, energy, stress, and workload, providing valuable insights and admin notifications.

Project Management (Tasks)

Available from Growth upwards, a shared task board allows teams to assign, track, and prioritize tasks with clear visibility via dashboards and reports.

AI Workflows

Starting at Growth, teams can automate routine business operations with guided AI workflows, capped per plan to maintain predictable costs.

Knowledge Base

From Growth and onwards, teams can build a centralized repository of documents and datasets, enhancing AI workflows with private context. It includes fine-grained access control and storage limits dependent on the plan.

Advanced Scheduling

Offers flexibility beyond standard hours and grace periods for tailored scheduling policies relevant to different team operations.

Microsoft Teams Integration

Core commands are available on all plans; however, Teams workflows require Growth or higher.

Upgrading and Usage Limits

Teams can start using the free Starter plan and upgrade anytime to use more advanced features or increase limits.
Upgrades activate immediately after payment via Stripe.
Usage limits, such as AI tokens, seat count, and Knowledge Base storage, are enforced monthly. Upon reaching limits, usage is blocked until reset or plan upgrade.
Billing and token or usage management is accessible through the company’s administration portal.
