Connecting Asa.team with Microsoft Teams is a straightforward process that allows you to manage clock-ins and clock-outs directly from Teams. Follow these step-by-step instructions to integrate the two platforms quickly:

Step 1: Install Asa Bot on Microsoft Teams

Begin by installing Asa on your Microsoft Teams account. Use the direct installation link:

Once on the page, click the Add button to install the Asa bot for your personal use.

Step 2: Connect Your Asa Account

After installation, Asa will send you a welcome message in Teams. To initiate linking your accounts, type the command connect.

This command will prompt a Connect to Asa button. Click it to proceed.

Step 3: Sign In on Asa Website

Clicking the button will redirect you to the Asa.team website. Log in using your Asa credentials. If you don’t have an Asa account, you can create one on their website before proceeding.

Step 4: Select or Create a Company

After signing in, you must select the Asa company you want to link with your Microsoft Teams account. This is important as it determines the company context for clocking in and out.

If you’re new, there is an option to create a company at this stage by clicking the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Link Company and Complete Setup

Click Link Company once you have selected or created the company. Asa will then confirm via a notification in Microsoft Teams that your account is successfully connected.

Your Teams Asa bot is now linked to your Asa account, enabling you to use Asa’s features seamlessly within Teams.
