How to Connect Asa Team with Whatsapp
Log in to asa.team
Navigate to this page and press Connect on the Whatsapp card to install your Asa bot on Whatsapp.
Scan the QR code
Whatsapp will open with the Pairing Code already filled in, press Send to send it to Asa bot
Asa bot will confirm that you are connected successfully
Congratulations, your Asa bot is now fully set up!
Note: Asa's Whatsapp bot is different from our other bots in that it only supports natural language queries. Meaning you don't have to talk to it using commands, just say what you want to do and it will do it!
Eg. "Clock me in and summarise my tasks" "How's the marketing project going?" "What can you do?"
Setting Up Project Intelligence
Once your account is linked, you can activate Project Intelligence to bring project tracking and insights into your Whatsapp groups.
Step 1: Navigate to Projects Page Go to the Projects page on the Asa website and press Set up project.
Step 2: Define Project Details Fill in your project name and a brief description.
Step 3: Verify Connection Ensure the platform you are setting up is connected properly (in this guide, we are setting up Whatsapp).
Step 4: Add Asa to a Group Navigate to the Whatsapp group where you want to use Project Intelligence. Add the Asa bot to the group as a member.
(Optional) Save Asa bot as a contact to add it to groups more easily (+65) 85621375
Step 5: Send any message in the group after adding Asa bot for Asa bot to detect the group
Step 6: Refresh Conversations On the Asa website setup page, click the Refresh List button. The Whatsapp group you just added the bot to should now appear in the list. Select the desired group and click Next.
Step 7: Finalize Review your settings and click confirm on the Asa website to complete the Project Intelligence setup.
Your Whatsapp Asa bot is now fully linked with Project Intelligence, enabling you to use Asa’s features and track project progress seamlessly within your group chats.
