How to Connect Asa Team with Telegram
Click here to install your Asa bot on Telegram.
Click Open Telegram to enter a conversation with Asa, then click Start.
Asa will send you a welcome message, to connect your account, use the command
connectto link your Telegram account to an Asa company
Click the Login to Asa button and you will be brought to the Asa website to sign in
After signing in, choose an Asa company to link your account to, this will be the company you will be able to clock in and out from. New users can also choose to create a company at this stage by clicking the dropdown menu.
Click Link Company and you will receive a notification from Asa that your account is successfully connected.
Congratulations, your Asa bot is now fully set up!
Setting Up Project Intelligence
Once your account is linked, you can activate Project Intelligence to bring project tracking and insights into your Telegram groups.
Step 1: Navigate to Projects Page Go to the Projects page on the Asa website and press Set up project.
Step 2: Define Project Details Fill in your project name and a brief description.
Step 3: Verify Connection Ensure the platform you are setting up is connected properly (in this guide, we are setting up Telegram).
Step 4: Add Asa to a Group Navigate to the Telegram group where you want to use Project Intelligence. Add the Asa Bot to the group as a member.
Step 5: Refresh Conversations On the Asa website setup page, click the Refresh List button. The Telegram group you just added the bot to should now appear in the list. Select the desired group and click Next.
Step 6: Finalize Review your settings and click confirm on the Asa website to complete the Project Intelligence setup.
Your Telegram Asa bot is now fully linked with Project Intelligence, enabling you to use Asa’s features and track project progress seamlessly within your group chats.
