Steps (Member)
Open Calendar/Leave section.
Create leave request.
Select leave type and dates.
Add note and submit.
Track status (pending, approved, rejected).
Steps (Admin)
1. Open pending leave requests.
2. Review request details and conflicts.
3. Approve or reject.
4. Confirm calendar and balances update.
Common Mistakes
Submitting leave in wrong date range due to timezone/date confusion. Fix: re-check dates before submit.
Approving conflicting leave without reviewing team coverage. Fix: check team calendar before approval.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: leave appears approved but balance looks unchanged.
Likely cause: stale page cache or delayed refresh.
Fix: refresh leave view and verify member leave balance source.
